How do I place my order?
When you request a quotation, we will send it to you by email. If you wish to go ahead with the order, simply email us by return and we will contact you regarding order progressing, artwork, and payment. First orders will be accepted on a pro forma basis.
What artwork is required?
We need your artwork in an eps format. A jpeg or similar formats do not provide a high enough resolution.
Do the prices include VAT and Carriage?
All prices on the website are excluding VAT and carriage. Carriage costs vary depending on the order quantity, so a price will be included on your quotation.
What is Origination?
Origination is the charge payable for creating the tool to print your order. This is necessary because your personalisation details are individual and printed just for you. There is not usually a charge for exact repeat orders because the tool has already been created.
Why are some products POA?
Price on application items are those which are subject to frequent fluctuations in cost, such as USB sticks. We do not state a price on the website – not because they are expensive, but so that we can give you the very best and latest prices!
Will I see a proof of my order?
Yes. Once an order is placed, we provide a visual proof for you to approve before commencing production.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time varies depending on the product. The average time is 2-3 weeks from approval of artwork. Items sourced in the

Can you print on anything?
There are hundreds of promotional items available, all of which can be branded. Some can be printed one colour, others can be personalised with a full colour process. The print area also varies from product to product, which is why we always ask to see your artwork before accepting an order.
